All prices for products and shipping are in Australian Dollars, include GST and are subject to change without notice. 


Our online store accepts payments via Paypal, you don't need to have a paypal account for payments. You can pay securely with your credit card or your paypal account. 


Orders are processed daily except for weekends and public holidays, the majority of orders will be shipped in 1-2 days. We ship Australia wide and do not ship internationally.

Regular Parcel Post

Small items will be shipped in a regular parcel post satchel and will take between 2 to 4 days to deliver after they are shipped. Deliveries to the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Far North Queensland and remote areas may take 6 days.

An Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Express Post

Small items can also be shipped via the Express Post satchel service and will be delivered the next business day after shipment. The Express Post network does not cover all areas of Australia. Please visit for details of the Express Post network.

Furniture will be shipped via a courier company and may take between 2-10 days after dispatch. Unfortunately, the courier can't deliver to a PO Box. For courier deliveries, a signature is required upon receipt. If you're not home for the courier delivery, a card will be left to arrange re delivery.

A courier tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.


Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged.
However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please contact us at within 7 days of placing your order so we can organise for the return and or replacement of your goods. If your purchase is damaged, we will ask you to take a photo and email it to us. The returned goods must be received within two weeks of your initial email. Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item we will process a refund for the original purchase price less the shipping cost. Nicoya Furniture will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit, therefore, we recommend you take out insurance with your postal carrier.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods to organise an exchange. We will cover the postage for incorrect items sent to you. Some colour and natural variations will occur with some of our products due to the variation of the natural materials and dyes used. These variations are not considered to be applicable for refund or exchange.

Product Variation

Due to the nature of the sustainable materials and the hand made craftsmanship of our furniture, variations in colour, size, pattern and finish may appear in the final product delivered to you.

Furniture Care 

The smooth surface of our resin molded furniture makes it very easy care and low maintenance. We recommend that you use a damp soft cloth for cleaning and use a mild soap where necessary.

Tea Towel Care

Our recommended washing instructions are:

Machine wash seperately in cold water   
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or dry on clothes line
Warm iron
